This is a nice Goulash with lots of tomato sauce and some potato pieces. As there was a green pepper left in my fridge that needed using up, I added it to the goulash, which worked fine. I also used TVP chunks instead of burgers.
Gluten-Free: Make sure you use gluten-free burgers (or TVP chunks) and gluten-free flour.
Vegan: Omit the sour cream.
